I used Jackson's three different times over the years--two in town moves and one from Austin to Houston--and they have been a dream to work with every time. They show up on time, they move things carefully, they're honest and efficient, and their crew is wonderful. Moving is one of THE MOST stressful things we have to go through, and knowing your belongings are safe and moved with care takes some of that stress away. Every single one of the gentlemen that work at Jackson's Moving are kind, respectful and go above and beyond what is asked of them. This company has moved me more times than I can count, and each and every time they show up when scheduled, ask questions about the items, take the time to make sure they are wrapped and packed correctly and no matter how hot, or wet , or cold it is, they're all such a joy to be around. I refer all my real estate clients, family and friends to them; You won't find better service anywhere in this city!!

This is the best moving company in the city. They are the only ones I will trust to move me. It doesn't hurt that it is a minority owned small business that is locally managed and grown. The owner of the company even worked as a mover on my move. I can tell they really take pride in their company. It was the first time I've had movers that didn't break anything or lose any boxes. Cannot recommend high enough!

These guys were awesome! They showed up right when I needed them without some huge timeframe. They were fast, friendly and professional and are also local (not some huge chain). This was for a couple of couches and a fridge delivery, but I will use them again when I move.

Flexible, responsive, efficient. My move ended up being rather complicated, as my new home was not ready in time. My move out could not wait. David, who handles scheduling was very responsive, and helpful in helping me sort the problem out, and easing my stress.The team moved my belongings into storage. They were extremely flexible with the sudden change of plans. They completed the move from storage to my new home 10 days later. They even remembered how to put my bed back together properly after a week and a half since disassembly. The team was friendly, efficient, and very hard working. Rates were affordable and cheaper than most competitors I priced out.

After I left my previous review I was contacted almost immediately about this situation. They picked up my media console within a week and had it repaired like new. I'm really appreciative of their efforts this time around, and all of their five star reviews on here are an honest reflection of how they do business.
